Secure parking for motorcycle was good as was the position. Arras is a small city, and this place is right on the edge of the center. Everything is at hand, and the main squares are a five-minute walk. the free parking spot is a big bonus. the flat itself is clutter-free and has a good layout. the building itself is also well-maintained. the location was excellent and the off road parking a big bonus. the apartment provides excellent value for money for families. We would definitely go back. the location was perfect for us just a short walk into the centre of the city. Room sizes and facilities were more than adequate for our purposes and the host was very courteous and helpful. Parking in a private car park at the back off the property was a bonus.

Some difficulties with arrival due, I suspect to language problems, also a couple of maintenance issues, sink leaked and paintwork needs a freshen up but this did not detract from the excellent value. Note the oven is microwave only.
